As has been the case for centuries, meals are eaten in the refectory, which was the dining hall of the monastery. This hall has a particularly attractive coffered wooden ceiling. Furthermore, the wall panelling shown in old engravings of this room was recreated for the Musikinsel in a contemporary form. In accordance with the dignity of the location, this room is furnished in a minimalist manner, with delicate tables and chairs.
The musicians can serve themselves at the buffet.
